"IRON"

    The aggressive and sporty look of the Harley Davidson 883 Iron, could only use the latest version of the "small" V2 883 cc. air-cooled. Rubber-mounted to ensure greater comfort as well as a smoother ride, the twin American exploits the sequential injection system ESPFI - Electronic Sequential Port Fuel Injection - that can make smooth and regular delivery of 70 Nm of torque maximum (at 3,750 r / min) even in town driving. To ensure the distinctive sound marked Harley, of course we think a pair of exhausts "Shorty" who, besides being one of the few chrome parts of the bike, mumbling offer that is so dear to lovers of the twin American.
    The bike course is simple but as always effective for the type of bike. The front fork, strictly black and embellished with bellows sleeves blacks "old style", is home to a circle from aluminum alloy 13-spoke 19 "restrained in his enthusiasm by a single rotary disc squeezed by a twin-piston caliper. The saddle, just 643 mm from the ground, offers an extremely low center of gravity and concentrated in the central part of the bike, doing so completely ignore the more than 250 kg of this Harley Davidson iron

The inclination of the steering column of 29.6 °, provides a front from the behavior after all neutral during cornering, optimally supported by the handlebar which, besides not to tire minimally arms, allows precise control of the trajectory as well as a good sensitivity of all that happens "up front". As Harley has always been accustomed, braking is not characterized by powerful stain appearing soft and gentle, but perfectly in keeping with the character of the bike and especially well-balanced style of driving. The result is a motorcycle, but a true Harley Davidson.

Fantastically HARLEY 
"Derived" from Harley Davidson Sportster 883, the new Iron shows a look, if possible, even more sophisticated ... but without sacrificing any of the traditional technical and technological solutions that have made Harley unique in the crowded world of two wheels. The technique, in fact, is not innovative or different than the "usual" 883, fully confirming the mythical spirit "beautifully Harley", while the look is really unprecedented and extremely pleasant. The black frame surrounds a motor in fact completely powder coated black, surmounted by a typical tank to "drop" which calls for an exclusive solo seat - located just 643 mm - resting on a short fender, strictly black, with stop lights and position in the integrated turn signals. This solution gives free rein to 150 mm rear tire, mounted on a black circle in the aluminum alloy 16 "to 13 races. The black is master even the fork blades, media fenders, air cleaner cover, oil tank, handlebar style "drag bar" as well as controls and foot pegs. Moreover, when defining a bike "total black", is the minimum to expect that everything is black!
